Neurodive Training online consultation Exeter Devon

Online Consultation

1 hour @ £45.00

All online consultations are run via Zoom, and you will receive the link to join the call on your booking confirmation.

These provide support and advice as and when you need it. A pre consultation form allows the session to be as effective and bespoke as possible. Making them suitable as one offs or occasional sessions.

Gym Based Support

1 hour @ £55.00

This session takes place at PFP Gym in Exeter, PFP is a quiet gym and there is a smaller quieter area upstairs but there may still be other adults there.

Strength & Conditioning training provides a backdrop for therapeutic support to Neurodivergent young people or their parents.

These sessions are booked in month blocks by arrangement.

Board Gaming & Support 

1 hour @ £55.00

2 hours @ £100

Taking place at the board game cafe in Exeter city centre, which provides a huge library of games in a small, often quiet setting.

Playing board games provides a great back drop for conversation or to work on particular focused outcomes with Neurodivergent young people.

These sessions are booked in month blocks by arrangement.

Nature Based Support & Bushcraft activities

1 hour @ £50.00

2 hours @ £90.00

The session can take place at various nature spots near Alphington and Ide, or can take place at another space but will affect cost and/or timings.

Various bushcraft or nature based activities are available as a backdrop for conversation for young people or parents.

- Walking & nature spotting

- Mark making on natural materials

- Whittling and woodcarving

These sessions are booked in month blocks by arrangement.
